The Manifestation Experiment · Day 3

Releasing Resistance

As we go deeper into the experiment, you may begin to feel things stir — old doubts, unexpected emotions, a tightening in the chest. This is not failure. This is the work beginning. Resistance doesn't arrive to stop you. It arrives because it's finally ready to be seen.

Manifesting brings up resistance precisely so it can be healed, released, and transformed. Today, we meet it with curiosity rather than force — and with kindness rather than judgment.

What is resistance?

fear

A fear of change — even welcome, wanted change

belief

An old story running quietly — "I don't deserve this"

habit

A protective pattern that once kept you safe

emotion

A buried feeling surfacing now to be witnessed

The more we fight resistance, the stronger it grows. But when we witness it, name it, and breathe through it — it softens. And as it softens, the path ahead quietly clears.

Today's practice

i

Journal — meet what's here

Take out your journal and sit with these questions. Write freely, without editing yourself.

  • What emotions, thoughts, or doubts have come up since we began?
  • What part of you might feel afraid of actually receiving what you want?
  • What old belief feels ready — at last — to be let go?
ii

The release ritual

Choose one belief, fear, or block that surfaced in your writing. On a separate piece of paper, write it down. Beneath it, write:

"I see you. I honour you. But I no longer choose you. I am free to receive."

Release the paper — tear it, burn it, or bury it. Let the physical act complete the energetic one.

iii

Energy reset — come home to the body

Sit quietly. One hand on your heart, one on your belly. Breathe slowly, and with each exhale, let a soft light dissolve any heaviness you're holding. When ready, say aloud or silently:

"I am safe to receive."
"I am allowed to expand."
"I am open to the flow."

The collective field

You are not moving through this alone. Right now, others in this circle are meeting their own resistances — sitting with the same discomfort, doing the same brave work. Together, we are softening. Together, we are clearing the way.

Imagine a quiet river flowing through all of us — washing away what no longer serves, making space for what is already on its way to you.

· · ·

You don't need to rush.
You don't need to fix anything.
You are already doing the work — just by showing up.

Let today be your turning point.
